At times it came be damn near disgusting, especially when I have to get rid of their one night stands. Ugh! Taking care of them doesn’t bother me though. I mean it’s not like I’m in love with one of them. That would be crazy. Falling for a rocker is NOT smart. Okay, so I’m not smart. I love my guys, and one of them kind of holds my heart in his big old rocker hand. But I’m dealing. I’ve been able to keep it my little secret for years now. I’m not, however, dealing with this bug that I seem to have caught. It scares the hell out of me. Hmmm...Not sure whether I managed to download the unedited version or if this was actually published in this state but the number of spelling and grammatical errors in this was unacceptably high. That said, even if the multiple spelling and grammatical errors were fixed, the characters were underdeveloped - I didn't feel any distinction between the various band members - and the story all just seemed a bit too much like a daft teenage daydream to be anything I could get into. I really liked this to begin with. We meet Emmie at 7. She's in a bad home and 4 high school boys from her neighborhood take care of her to keep her out of the system. There's a strong bond formed between them. Not saying much (because I could sum this whole thing up in a few sentences), things get complicated as they get older when these boys become a famous rock band. This is a quickie and ends like a fantasy fairytale.

I started by really enjoying this story. Could not put it down. I loved the prologue, I loved the set up. I loved all the characters. Then we find out why the heroine was sick and I was like "WHAT???"(view spoiler)[I thought it was going to be something serious. All her throwing up and weight lose. What I didn't like:1) The grammatical errors. This story needed some major editing help.2) The h overuses the exclamation point. Or maybe I'm just a much more subdued person than she is.3) The jealousy and ridiculous middle/high school antics. You really need to know if your baby mama is into you. What do you do?
