Representaion In Favor Of Books Mercure

*** Book in French language !

Critique About Books Mercure
A real masterpiece from Amelie. She created 3 characters very beautiful in their own ways. This book has a punch, but I don't want to talk about it here...

Its 1:11 Am, Im reading Mercure and Im seriously scared. I dont know how to describe what Im feeling right now, but Im sure Im going to sleep with the lights on tonight. I didnt really enjoy reading this book, I was all the time looking behind my back, making sure there is no monster here. The characters were so sick, so weird, and Im not sure these kind of personalities exist outside Nothombs books. But I believed them, and I pictured everything, every small detail as if Im seeing the whole

I thought about this book long after I finished it. The alternate ending made me wonder which one I prefer most. Nothomb's writing is poignant, and at times a little creepy - but that's what makes her charm. I would say it's one of her best ones.

frankly I didn't like this book..the author had a good story but she just ruined it ..she did put two ends for the book..both of them were stupid and emotionless...I couldn't feel any thing while I'm reading it..the story line was interesting but she didn't use it well...no emotion at all :/ two stars for some quotes I liked

http://booklovers-bookclub.blogspot.c...Amélie Nothomb is my syndrome and my cure and the month of August is the month of Amélie Nothomb by excellence. Why? One could ask. The answer is simply because Nothomb publishes a new book every year on this month. The waiting period before the new book's release often brings back old memories and new discussions, and this is how I was lucky to meet two Nothombophiles just like me (Ok maybe not exactly like me, but still, the point is that they love

Excellent tale about love and selfishness, beauty and distortedness...
