Good storyThis was a good story, the second half of the story was better than the first half though. After the heroine saves the boy the boys clan thinks she kidnapped him and the laird hits her and they leave her in a dungeon. This made it hard for me to want the main characters to be together and I was annoyed every time the heroine felt attraction. But it was a good book, worth reading.

Great story about a young woman who saves a child from a neighboring, feuding clan and ends up their prisoner. She becomes a pawn in a betrothel contract in order to stop the years old feud. But love ensues, as does danger.

Fates put Anna and Andrew on the path to each other. They also put a wee child, a cold loch and generations of hate with an old feud. The fates connect them, can desire, passion, love, understanding, along with love be far behind?

OVERALL RATING: (5) stars because for the most part CLEAN and non-sensual Scottish Romance; THREE separate unexpected events and One unexpected conversation in the plot made the book worth the read. LOVED this one. Clans together, feud over, crazy people, blossoming love, saving a child, near death situations. Good job

Its a bit pat, but still a nice read. You get background for some other characters in other books it seems.

This is the third book in Ceci Giltenan's Fated Heart series and again I absolutely loved the a book about love, forgiveness, guilt, shame, and perhaps its bet not to believe the worst about a person or a clan. It's a book about human emotions we all go through and hopefully eventually moving forward. Highland Angels is centered around two feuding Clans the MacKay's and MacLeod who had been brought up since birth to hate the rival clan. This is a stand alone book though it is part of a series
