Assessment Regarding Books Lindsey's Rescue (A World Beyond #3)

Lindsey's Rescue is a great first attempt at menange by Michelle Howard. Honestly, the relationship between Lindsey, Baruk and Zadal didn't feel organic and the sex scenes felt stilted but the talent Ms Howard has for storytelling made up for it. By far Lindsey is the best heroine of the series. She isn't without her flaws, but she seemed better fleshed out and relatable than Faye and Sylvia. I enjoyed this story the most so far, I just thought the ending was too abrupt and again too many things with the relationship feeling unresolved. I know it is a ploy to get you to want the next book, but I am getting fed up with every relationship feeling lacking at the end and gipped when it moves on with another couple and we only get scraps of their future. I think the books should be longer and resolve the couples/menage futures better before moving on.

Lindsey Ferra goes into the whole Earths Singles Program with open eyes. She knows what she wants and knows what planet she'll find it on. Planet Gerulax marriage units are Triads of two males and one female. No brainer decision there. Im not one for ménage storylines but took a chance and boy am I glad I did. This was very well written and you really got the sense of their deep love for one another, not to mention it was quite funny at times as well. Truly well done!

Could not get into it and the ending was rushed.

Whilst Lindsey really rescued herself the first three quarters of this book is about the beginning of her life and relationship with Baruk and Zadal.I can understand Lindsey believing Zadal had sold her, the plot has been very well done with a person in a position of trust betraying them.I just found Lindsey and bit too soft, whilst it was lovely she was so endearing and upbeat, nobody should accept being manhandled and she should have used her knee to good effect on Pollan.Loved the bit where
