Amazing book. Cant wait for more from this author. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book and I also bought it. I love this authors work. This book is so well-written its hard to believe it is a debut novel! Catherine (Cait) Schaffer is a strong ambitious woman. She has dreams and is willing to pretty much work herself to death to reach them.Catherines job or rather her boss, Sandra, is very demanding and does not care about her as a person at all. ***3.5 stars***This was a hard book to rate. The writing itself was good and the pace of the story was good but there were elements of the story that were frustrating. I loved Jax, and I loved that it was a fairly short time before he realized that he actually loved Cate and that this was more than FWB or casual fun. This is my first book by Amelia Wilde. I have to say that I was surprised at the intensity in the book. It was a really good book. One that I enjoyed and one that I believe the readers will love to.
