Cute manga about loyalty and being torn between your dedication to your family or to your job. Leafstar may be a cat, but her trials and tribulations aren't that different from those of a two-leg single mom.

These books are SO cool! I suggest reading them after the Sol arc in Power of Three. These books give backstory on Sol and where he came from. When I read these books, then came back to Power of Three, my brain just went: aha! It makes so much sense why he hates the Clans the way he does, and why he's SO good at persuading people His backstory is shown in these books, complimented with some amazing art.

I love all Warrior books and the graphic novels really see into the world of Warriors in a different way and learn about different characters. This is the first book in the Skyclan and the Stranger series and it was great, I liked all the drawings and the story was well written.

Premise: Spring has arrived for SkyClan. And while the Clan is still in its early years, their leader, Leafstar, couldn't be happier with how things are going. But she's also expecting kits of her own, and she can't help but wonder if she can handle being both a mother and a Clan leader. It isn't long before both roles are put to the test when Leafstar and her kits find themselves in danger. She's determined to escape with them, whether her Clanmates help her or not. Its been a hot minute since I read SkyClans Destiny, so Id mostly forgotten who everyone is. I remembered Leafstar, who is pregnant at the beginning and gives birth in this book! (The kittens are very cute.) I remember really liking this story when I was younger, and it looks like nothing has changed!

This is the first book in the Skyclan and the Stranger series of manga/graphic novels, which details the experiences of Skyclan when they meet a kittypet (view spoiler)[who ends up becoming the rogue Sol (hide spoiler)].This is an entertaining story and gives the reader more background about Leafstar's experiences as both a mother and a clan leader.
