Reviewed by: Rabid ReadsTheres nothing like a Christmas themed book to put me in the holiday spirit and this anthology is no exception. Im a newcomer to Lynsay Sands writing but a long-time fan of Jeaniene Frosts so this novel was a nice mix of new and old for me. I wasnt lost by starting at book 15.5 in the Argeneau series but I did find the storyline a little odd. On the other hand, Im caught up in Frost Night Huntress series and couldnt help but get a little giddy at the chance to check-in

Home for the Holidays by Jeaniene Frost 4 Stars or B+The StoryCat arranges a surprise birthday party for Bones with his closest friends. When Annette doesnt arrive Ian ventures to her hotel to investigate and then some and discovers she has been attacked. Bones, Cat and company cannot get Annette to reveal her attacker. Then, a surprise visitor throws everyone into a tailspin. When Bones, Mencheres, Kira, Spade, and Annette begin acting strange Ian, Denise and Cat work together against a

I'm glad that Teddy - a mortal from previous books - got a mate, but that was a seriously boring story. Like coma-inducing. Next time just give a paragraph saying they got together if you don't want to write something interesting.

Two great holiday paranormal romances, well Lynsay Sands' story was a paranormal romance! Jeaniene Frosts book was more a wild tale of demon possession but the power of love resonated throughout the story. Loved them, even if they werent very Christmassy.

THE GIFT is Lynsay Sands' contribution to the duology and it is part of her Argeneau series. Katricia Argeneau knows the instant that she meets Teddy Brunswick that he is her life mate. But since he is mortal, she needs to slowly convince him that they are fated to be together. Revealing that she is a vampire won't be easy and making her accept her will be even harder. However, the snug confines of their cozy cabin are sure to bring them closer together.Jeaniene Frost gives readers a sneak peek

Only the Night Huntress novellaIan made my day :D he is so funny and hot(and horny all the time :D). Didn't expect that bits and pieces about Bones' past but they sure were interesting!

I only read 'Home for the Holidays'. When I finally get around to reading the Argeneau Series I will head straight back to this book for that Novella. Home for the Holidays was amazing. The story was brilliant and seeing Cat and Bones again always makes me smile. I liked that Cat and Ian had the biggest parts to play. I have always loved their banter and I was so happy to see Ian getting so more page time. Ian never dissapoints and there were some hilarious scenes with him and Cat. Like Ian
